During our Christmas stay, we really liked the comfortable rooms and the friendly staff. The rooms were nicely furnished and had a cozy atmosphere that made us feel at home. the location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was close to the ski resort, allowing us to easily enjoy a day on the slopes. Another advantage we enjoyed was the delicious food at the restaurant, which had a wide variety of options to choose from.
There were a few aspects that we didn't like. the communication with the staff was difficult as they struggled with English and German.

We found the location to be very convenient, with free and easy parking available. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with high beds that were perfect for our small kids. the staff was friendly and helpful, even though verbal communication was a bit difficult. the restaurant had a large selection of delicious food at reasonable prices. the ski resort, which was just a short drive away, was great for our children, providing them with lots of fun activities.
The WiFi signal in the room was weak and the availability of toilet paper was limited, which was a bit disappointing.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were great, with a stylish design and high-quality furniture. Even though the beds were a bit too high for our small kids, we still found them comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly, despite some difficulty in verbal communication. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and I appreciated the effort that went into keeping everything tidy. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious meals at an affordable price. The atmosphere in the restaurant was also very pleasant. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, with a ski resort just a 15-minute drive away. It was perfect for our family, especially the kids!

The rooms were comfortable and clean. the food in the restaurant was quite average. the waiter was very fast and attentive. the hotel had a good location and offered easy parking.
The communication with the staff was a bit difficult since they didn't speak much English or German. the restaurant was seriously understaffed resulting in long delays in service.
